We do not collect your payment card details. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors and never pass through our servers.

We do not sell or licence event photographs to third parties.

We keep registration data for as long as needed to organise and report on the marathon, and afterwards for a reasonable period to comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations. Anonymous visit statistics are kept only for aggregate reporting. When personal data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
